- Claim 5 Power Cells once a day at DeWhat? Emergency Power Annex.
- Scavenge — occasionally found while walking between locations.
- Player trade — this item can be traded between players, who set their own terms.
One-time Mission payouts
- Mission reward: 10,001 Hours pays 5 Power Cells when you turn it in.
